Why drivers stay here

  • Great roads within a day out: A-395 Sierra Nevada (on the doorstep) and A-4132 Las Alpujarras (18 miles), as the crow flies.
  • One more of our listed hotels within 25 miles, if it’s full.

Parking and arrival

Outdoor parking inside the Alhambra grounds, about €32 a night; book it ahead and send your number plate before you arrive.

Parking in central Granada is hard; here the car stays inside the Alhambra's controlled grounds, which is why you must book the space and register your plate. It's outdoor, not a garage. The A-395 up the Sierra Nevada starts on the edge of the city and the Alpujarras are an hour south.
